The By-laws of MHVSHRM were updated in accordance with the requirements of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for affiliated chapters.  They were approved by SHRM and ratified by the Chapter membership in the fall of 2007.  They will remain in effect until amended or superceded.
