PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Innovation leads to business success! Many human resource leaders know how to talk about being creative and innovative but often they don't know HOW to stimulate creative thinking and apply innovative solutions. Out of habit, most of us use rational problem solving methods to solve workplace problems instead of creative methods. During this highly interactive, fun program you will learn a variety of creative problem solving techniques including the random word technique, mind mapping, and lateral thinking. You will also learn how to get rid of your mental locks and apply the creative techniques to real HR problems. This session is being offered at the 2012 SHRM National Conference in Atlanta, GA.
