PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Innovation leads to business success! Many human resource leaders know how to talk about being creative and innovative but often they don't know HOW to stimulate creative thinking and apply innovative solutions.  Out of habit, most of us use rational problem solving methods to solve workplace problems instead of creative methods. During this highly interactive, fun program you will learn a variety of creative problem solving techniques including the random word technique, mind mapping, and lateral thinking.  You will also learn how to get rid of your mental locks and apply the creative techniques to real HR problems.  This session is being offered at the 2012 SHRM National Conference in Atlanta, GA.

SPEAKER:

Regina M, Clark, CSP has been speaking to corporate and association audiences for the past twenty years. She spent ten years as a corporate training professional in the retail industry before launching her own consulting business. Regina has spoken to thousands of people in the United States, Europe and Canada.

In 1997, she was asked to teach Presentation Skills to a group of Black Belts at Allied Signal. Since then, she has coached thousands of Black Belts, Green Belts, Master Black Belts and consultants in the art and science of effectively communicating technical information. Regina also facilitates Train the Trainer sessions for Six Sigma and Lean instructors. She is often asked to speak at MBB conferences on the topic of Leadership and Teamwork.

She is a Certified Speaking Professional (a designation of the National Speakers Association reserved for less than 10% of the speakers worldwide). Regina is an active member of the National Speakers Association and current president of the New Jersey chapter!
