JUNE 19, 2008 Chapter Meeting

Getting out of the Stress Mess

On June 19, 2008 MHVSHRM’s Chapter meeting will feature “Getting of the Stress Mess.” Do your employees need to have a better handle on dealing with stress? Is your job tying your stomach in knots?  Do you toss and turn in bed at night?  Are your ulcers having ulcers?  Face it—you’ve got too much stress in your life and so do your employees, and it’s time to give you and them a break.  This seminar will help you identify the stressors in life and cut it down to size quickly with tips on how to:

  • Zero in on “hot buttons.”

  • Determine stress levels.
  • Relieve tension at work and at home.
  • Use the AAAbcs of Stress Management to get control of your stressors.

So relax, take a deep breath, and we’ll see you there!
